Direct Business Development Positions:
 
AEL is seeking experienced leasing professionals to join its team. To qualify for consideration, candidates must have:
 
    •    A quantifiable track record of exceeding profit goals
    •    Creative deal structuring and negotiating skills
    •    A strong base of at least ten years direct leasing experience with midsized and large deals
    •    An existing book of business with middle market and large corporate leasing clients
    •    A strong understanding of leasing, finance, accounting, credit and structuring
    •    A positive attitude and strong work ethic
    •    Ability to work independently
 
Positions are available at AEL’s headquarters near Chicago, Illinois, and at additional offices around the country.  Applicants must be able to pass drug and background tests.
